So Google Adsense doesn’t work for you? Or maybe Widgetbucks slows down your page loads? Here’s a new payperclick ad network that you can try out — ShoppingAds.
What is ShoppingAds? I had no idea that ShoppingAds ever existed until I got an email this morning from Patrick Gavin, president of Text-Link-Ads, inviting me to join their first-ever CPC ad program called ShoppingAds.
ShoppingAds is a cost per click ad product powered by the major shopping comparison sites. SA allows you to display relevant merchant offers in the form of an image and a text description to your audience and every time a visitor clicks on the ad, you get paid.
So I followed the link he gave me and signed up to ShoppingAds. Here’s how the control panel looks like:

How to set up your ShoppingAds
Before creating an ad code, you must first create a Campaign, which you can name anything you like, such as “Mo’ Money,” or “Give me mo’!”. After creating a campaign (in this example I named my campaign, “money”), proceed to Get Code, where you type in your keyword and Shopping Ads ajaxically informs you how many products are related to the keyword. (Keyword “money” has 650 products which is not bad, really”)
Select the Ad Campaign on the dropdown box, and Ad Type (”standard”), and the Ad Format, which are your standard sizes such as leaderboard, banner, , half-banner, square, button, rectangle, skyscraper and vertical banner.
Select the colors of your liking, like pink. You also have the option to open links in a new window.
If you are satisfied, click the “Create” button, and voila, a preview of the ShoppingAds is generated (see screenshot below). There’s a note: “Note that the ads shown here are not always representative of your keywords but the correct ads will appear on your site”
